Main functions:

1: One-button measurement operation delay automatic power off. The turn-off current is only 20nA supporting battery operation.

2: Automatic detection of PNP and NPN bipolar transistors N and P channel MOSFET JFET field effect transistor diode double diode thyristor resistance capacitance inductance. The pin definition and the current amplification factor (B) of the transistor and the conduction voltage (Uf) of the emission junction are automatically detected. The Darlington transistor can be identified by high threshold voltage and high current amplification factor.

3: The protection diode inside the bipolar transistor and MOSFET can be detected and displayed on the screen. The threshold voltage and gate capacitance of MOSFET can be measured.
